Cancellation Policy – Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This applies under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or custom-made products, unless defective or damaged on arrival.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please visit our Cancel Order page and complete the form. You will receive a confirmation by email.

How it works

• Cancel — If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we will stop it and issue a refund immediately.
• Return — If you have already received your order, we will send you instructions on how to return the items. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
• Refund — Once your cancellation is processed or your return has arrived back to us, we will issue a full refund of your purchase, including the original shipping fee.

Pre-orders
You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, you can request a return under our Refund Policy.
