Where We Ship
We currently ship to selected countries within the European Union (EU) only. We do not ship to countries outside the EU.
Made-to-Order Products
These items are produced on demand by our trusted EU-based fulfillment partners. Each item is made specifically for you after your order is placed.
Estimated delivery time is 5–14 business days, depending on your location and which EU facility fulfills your order.
Stock Products
A selection of products are kept in stock and shipped by us directly from Sweden.
- Sweden: 2–5 business days
- Other EU countries: 4–10 business days
We ship with DHL or PostNord depending on your location and order size.
Pre-Order & Back-in-Stock Items
Some products are available for pre-order when temporarily out of stock. Pre-order items will be dispatched as soon as they are back in stock. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
