The right of withdrawal
Cancel order
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from receiving your order, without giving any reason. This applies under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete the form below. You will receive a confirmation by email.

How it works
CANCEL
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we will stop it and issue a refund immediately.
RETURN
If you have already received your order, we will send an email with instructions on how to return the items. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
REFUND
Once your cancellation is processed or your return has arrived safely back to us, we will issue a full refund of your purchase, including the original shipping fee.
