Refund policy

At Stable & Style we want returns and refunds to be simple, stylish & sustainable. Please note that we don’t offer free returns or exchanges. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and personalized items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return rules
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, in line with EU consumer law.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and report a problem immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges
We don’t handle direct exchanges. If you need another size or product, please return your item and place a new order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
