• The item must be unused and in its original packaging with all labels intact.
• Personalised products cannot be returned.

How to return

1. Fill in the Withdrawal Form — or use the button on any page.
2. We will send a confirmation email with return instructions.
3. Once we've received and inspected the item, we'll refund the product price plus the original shipping cost.

Please note: The customer is always responsible for the return shipping cost.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, simply return your item and place a new order — it's quick and easy!
