Welcome to Stable & Style! This page gives you a quick overview of how it works to shop with us – from order to delivery, and what to do if you need to return something. For full legal policies, check the links at the end. If anything’s unclear, just reach out – we're here to help!

How to order

Simply add your favorite items to the cart and proceed to checkout when you're ready. Some items are made to order or temporarily out of stock (preorder) – you’ll always see that information clearly on the product page.

You’ll get an order confirmation by email right after purchase. When your items are on their way, you’ll receive tracking information too.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to all EU countries. Shipping costs are based on total weight and shown at checkout before you pay.

Items are sent from our Swedish warehouse or directly from one of our trusted production partners in the EU. Because of that, you might receive your order in multiple packages – but don’t worry, they’re all on the way.

Estimated delivery time:

Sweden: 2–5 business days
EU: 4–9 business days

Returns & Cancellations

Changed your mind? You have 14 days to return your order – no questions asked. Just make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Personalized products can’t be returned unless faulty, since they’re produced just for you. If you're unsure, feel free to ask us before ordering.

Email us at hello@stableandstyle.com to start a return. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions. Once we receive and check the item, your refund will be issued within 10 business days. Return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount unless the product is defective.
