AGE REQUIREMENT

You must be at least 18 years old to shop on stableandstyle.com. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is correct.

YOUR ORDER

You can shop as a guest — no account needed. Once you've completed your purchase, you'll receive an order confirmation by email. Your order is confirmed and binding when you receive a dispatch confirmation. If something is wrong with your order, we'll contact you by email.

PRICING ERRORS

We do our best to keep all prices correct. If a product has been listed at the wrong price due to a technical error, we reserve the right to correct the price or cancel the order. We will always contact you before making any changes.

PAYMENT

We use Shopify Payments to process all transactions securely. We accept:

DELIVERY

We ship with PostNord and/or DHL. Available delivery options and prices are shown at checkout. Orders are packed on weekdays (excluding public holidays). During busy periods, delivery times may be slightly longer. If an unexpected delay occurs, please contact us. Please check that your delivery and all items are undamaged upon receipt.

RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have 14 days right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order, in accordance with EU consumer law. Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, with intact packaging and tags attached. Do not tape or write directly on the product packaging.

Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the return is due to an error on our part or an approved complaint. Once we have received and approved your return, we will process your refund as quickly as possible. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank and public holidays.

COMPLAINTS

We follow applicable consumer protection laws, including Swedish consumer law and EU consumer rights legislation. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within a reasonable time after discovering the fault. Keep the item until the matter is resolved. We aim to respond to all complaints within 3–7 business days.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We strive to present our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that colours appear exactly as shown on screen, as this may vary depending on your display settings and lighting. We reserve the right to correct any errors in product descriptions or pricing, and some items may sell out.

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless stated otherwise.

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES

Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. If a package is returned to us because it wasn't collected or the address was incorrect, a fee of SEK 150 will be deducted from your refund.

PRICES

All prices on stableandstyle.com include VAT for purchases within the EU.
